Service Agreement
By requesting a quote or scheduling services with Alexander's Cleaning Service, you agree to these terms. We provide professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and screen repair services in Northeast Pennsylvania.
Quotes and Pricing
Online estimates provided through our pricing calculator are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Scheduling and Cancellation
- We will confirm your appointment date and time window
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- We may reschedule due to inclement weather for safety reasons
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, net-30 terms may be available upon approval.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
Liability and Insurance
Alexander's Cleaning Service carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. We are fully licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. In the unlikely event of damage during service, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the issue promptly.
Property Access
For interior window cleaning, we require access to your home. Please ensure pets are secured and fragile items near windows are moved before our arrival. For exterior-only service, you do not need to be present.
